I'm always fascinated and honored when I think that my images are in walls around the world, in places I'll probably never visit, in homes I'll surely never enter, seen by people I don't know and who don't know me, who have never even seen me. It feels so surreal that what started out as a product of my mind becomes a real entity, somewhere... I don't have the right words to describe it.

Thanks! It's not that difficult. Here are the main steps:
1) In Poser, pose a face more or less with the expression I wanted
2) Took the model to zbrush, where I enhanced the expression
3) Still in zbrush, I merged the face with a plane to make that smooth transition, using several standard brushes
4) Took the model to IvyGenerator where I grew the ivy; exported the ivy into obj format
5) Took the model and the ivy into Vue, where I put both together
6) In Vue textured everything and created the lighting environment
7) Rendered in Vue
That's it!

I can hear the music in my head as I read the lyrics, like an old friend. This is really wonderful, somehow different from your other works, more primeval or elemental perhaps. Beautiful, yes.
