No, I'm sure it's fine! But I'm using Photoshop Elements. I assume you're using a CS as I don't have the same layer options.

Yeah, you're right. Elements will limit what you can do with layers. But don't let that discourage you. I started out on Elements and slowly worked my way up. So just keep at it.

I love my Elements, even if it doesn't do as much as the CS's. Makes me use my head and be creative to try to reproduce things that later versions do even more, although I wouldn't mind the extra features
