I didn't know how to set up a preview page, so you just gotta be really really patient when it loads >__< It's a really big file (about 1 mb). I couldn't make it smaller or else the writing wouldn't show that well :/ Sorry for those who have dial up
Anyway...this is how I color eyes...not the best technique...but it's something
Also, this is a new picture I have yet to finish so that's why it's so incomplete D:'Nough said...enjoy~~<3

It's easier than you think. It doesn't rely on using layers to do it. As a matter of fact, none of my work involved the use of layers. It was all done old-school, using only sheer talent, a pen tablet (those things are SO useful), and a copy of Photoshop.
