I give up. I can't manage to fix the problem. I dunno if it's just my PC or what. It doesn't scroll smoothly when viewed on Windows Picture Viewer. If you download this, tell me if it's working fine. If it does, well that's a relief...in some ways though. xD If not, then just read it here. Sorry... I totally screwed up on this. It's my first time to make a tutorial. If you have any questions regarding the tutorial, feel free to ask. Just don't ask me how to use pen tool or ask for money to buy a tablet.
