Description
Communications (left) and Engineering (right) are textured. Still have Tactical which will be to the right of Engineering, Environmental which will be opposite of Tactical from the viewscreen, Internal Security (placeholder as I'm thinking of running that all through Tactical and just calling it Security) and then Damage and Repair. If I do run everything through Security, that other station might just be a back-up should one of the other stations is irreparable in combat and then they can just reroute functions there.Built in Truespace 3.1, renderedin in DAZ 4.8

Very cool. I think i will be better if you add floor rails for chairs

I really like what you've done with the TMP-era bridge consoles here.
You've effectively replaced the odd-looking "Space: 1999"-style round monitors with seamless flat-panel displays. Are your switchboards iPad-like touchscreens? If so, you've blended current design ideals and technological awareness with past set design to give the TMP era new life.
The only thing I don't like are the tiny chairs. They look uncomfortable, as did the bridge chairs in "The Undiscovered Country". Count me in as someone who has mixed feelings about the chairs from the first four movies, but that I prefer them over what followed.

I love the design of the TMP and through IV chairs. They actually had some kind of restraints for a change lol. Yeah these chairs probably aren't what I'm actually going to use for the final bridge I end up using, these were just in the Phase II initial bridge blueprints so I went with it.
Yeah I'm definitely going for the flat panel look. I figure if 2001 can do it in the 60s there's no reason they shouldn't have done it in the 70s with the TMP bridge. That and we have touch screens now, why not have something like that in the refit? It's heading that way in TNG anyway. But yeah, it would be easily reconfigurable and work with whatever OS the ship had. Which will become really useful when I go through with the updates from ST IV and up for the bridge controls and screens.

Thanks! Borrowing some ideas from the Bridge 9 set from Vanishing Point but trying to make it look more like the layout from the Bridge Flight Manual where I can. That and more colors.
