Description
Kovu discovers his first son's light pelt and stares at Kiara half-jokingly suspicious. Kiara grins sheepishly and is about to explain that she doesn't know anything, either. Nala smiles knowingly and explains to Kovu that the cub (Mbali) has around the same colours as her brother had, so the lightness came from her side. Dotty is in the background, waiting for her turn to see the newborn, and delighting in the confusion. Akili watches curiously.

None of the characters look like themselves XD Except for Dotty, and maybe Kovu. I tried to make Kovu and Kiara look a little more adult, so I think it's acceptable that I couldn't draw them normally! XD

Nala looks like a random lioness has her colours D: She's so hard to draw!

Also! Kovu doesn't have his scar because I think it's cliche and I don't think that small gash wouldn't have scarred that bad, anyway >.0

I was going to put Simba and Vitani in there, but...they're even harder to draw, so I kept them out. Maybe Vitani was out hunting for Kiara and Simba was telling Zazu to tell the animals to come to Pride Rock.

I'll just say that, despite the oddness of the characters, I am very proud of this. It took four hours. XD
