Description
This is just a photo I chose to learn to use the so-called Hue/Saturation Dialog Box.When I was talking to this guy and his girlfriend I told them about my little spot here on DA and that I was going to put them up here and to be ready to get their picture taken so the guy casts his line up rather than out just for the camera I guess, lol.
Photo taken: Wallace Lake in the Cleveland Metroparks.

I really love the angle on this ... The man centered .. and the water with all the glitters.
I love it.

heh, this looks a lot like my brother from the back. anywho, i was going to inquire on how to do borders such as the white one around your photo. i see them done a lot & rather like them. i tried to do it & didn't quite figure it out. perhaps you could tell me how, i'd appreciate it.

Well, I'm sure there are multiple ways to creat a border. I use Adobe Photoshop CS and its the same idea for Photoshop 7 and I'm sure its the same in earlier versions as well. First resize your picture to the desired size by rolling your pointer over image and selecting image size. Then choose your desired background color by clicking on the square that is behind the foreground one. After you have done that return to the image menu and choose canvas size and simply reside the canvas to whatever border size you require. If you want different colors then just return to the background color square and change it. If you want a custom color to match a subject in your photo... place your pointer on it and hold alt and then left click.
