I had the most marvelous opportunity a couple months ago to see PotO live !! these sketches greatly remind me of that pleasant experience, and i'm really excited to see more of these sketches <33

Phantomshy approved. It would also be nice to know if the Mount of Monte Cristo is completed or not. I remember there was supposed to be one or two more, but if it's been decided artistically that it's done, then ONWAAAAAARD TO PHANTOMSHY!

The 6th CoMC animatic is still coming. Actually i feel like it's not far off. My sister and I have just got to find the time to finish off the last file of images before final touch ups then edit it all together. (I'm sure Im forgetting somethings but it hasn't been dropped)

The first sketch with Phantom's mouth sewn shut really suprised me

Oh haha his mouth isn't sewn shut, they're supposed to be like wrinkles to give the vibe of being a skeleton. (Probs be clearer if his mouth was open) Still messing around with his design

That Phantom's perfect smirk at the last sketch tho.. Looks so good! You should definetly make a colored version of it, with this dramatic shading and the powerful expressions, even for just a sketch it absolutely blows my mind how impactful it looks (at least to me)!
I always adored that about your work, honestly, even if you're drawing just a sketch, it will always look stunning with its expressions and willΒ certainly will make you feel something in towards the characters. Even Christine, as dull as her character seems to me from the movie and in general, you truly made her seem like an actual character with feelings, and I am very curious about what she thinks about the Phantom and what is the context of each sketch involving her.
And Raoul looks just like the sweetheart he is towards Christine, absolutely adorable. ^^
