Description
A 'repaint' I did using the Instructions for Armada Hoist downloaded from Hasbro's official Transformers website, [link] .

Yet another TF character to never get a toy, Devcon. Only this time, he was a 'toon character. While he kindasorta has a hypothetical toy from the TFU line, it still hasn't been released to the public. The Armada Blurr toy and his character depiction on the cartoon and comic just make him seem like a total badass, very bounty hunter friendly. It only seemed natural to turn him into the original bounty hunter badass. The vehicle mode is a close enough fit too, both in it's car and flight modes, so it's win-win.

The Minicon is yet another nameless Minicon, just done to match the bot. I suppose he should be named Sleezardo, just cause that was G1 Devcon's 'little buddy.
