Description
I went to a formal, but described it as a mixer to my boyfriend because I know he doesn't like dances and I thought a less threatening word (one that doesn't conjure up images of tuxes and ties) would get him to come. I figured he'd show in his work clothes. Nope... That's what he goes to work on Saturdays in. Go figure.

I actually made the sketch version after this version. Why? Well, I made this file pretty, saved it as a copy and .png, and then shut the original scan. When I went to transfer it onto a flash drive, I did not see it appear on the desktop.

"Crap," said I, and opened up Photoshop to look at what I'd recently opened. The file was not there.

"Flying fuck on stick," said I, and opened up the original scan to crop it and adjust the grays--not as nice a colorized picture, but I wanted something to show for 2 hours of speed work.

As I went to save the new document (this one), I happened to notice where it was saving... To a file folder specially created for today's scanned documents. Odds were that the .png had saved there too. I checked it out and, sure enough, there it was.

"Man," said I, and decided to upload them anyway.
