Description
Once again, I've been approached by Late Knight Games some months ago for an opportunity to design some of the monsters for their game, a tabletop pokemon and D&D love child called Majimonsters. Specifically, for the new major expansion to the game, Shattered Empire. The expansion and the game were funded on Kickstarter, and is already available to backers, with a standard release to follow pretty soon, or so I've heard. With their blessing, I'll be posting some of the monsters available in the game which were designed by yours truly, hope you guys like them!"A small winged insect that has suction cups on its feet and long needle like nose that it uses to suck blood from unsuspecting victims. The suction cup feet can be used to climb on almost any surface and even walk on water.".
My greatest challenge with this one was to not make it resemble my own mosquito fakemon too much, but some similarities are still quite apparent though... To drive home the "mud" on it's name, and since it's a partial earth elemental monster in-game, I decided to make it's abdomen resemble an ancient relic made out of clay, with the blood it consumes flowing through cracks.
If you liked this one, you can check the other seven monsters I've done for the expansion right here:
Blockable
Pelicarrior
Ottspring
Lightning Shrub
Avalaunch
Sea Monkyi
Octopunch
The expansion doesn't seem to be available to the general public yet, but you can check the base game on this link if you're interested. The kickstarter has long ended, but if you want to learn more about the expansion you can read about it their page right here .
I've personally haven't played any of the expansions or the base game, but working with Late Knight Games was really nice, and I'm still open to working again in the future, so I hope there aren't the last ones you'll see.

Something tells me we're gonna need a bigger flyswatter for this

...Being perfectly honest I have no idea what size this thing is supposed to be... The description said he was supposed to be small, so... Maybe the size of a small mammal? I guess it's up to the individual's imagination...
