WIPI imagined this for Indy Car racing but I see no reason why it couldn't work for F1 or others.
It's designed for fast racing with many wide areas for passing. The two big carousel turns (looks almost like a figure-8) are designed to give spectators a large viewing of the track. Fans in the northern section of the stands can see the several turns before the double carousel, the two carousels, the pit entry, and a small portion leading up to the finish line.

nice work!....fine layout...would scrap the figure 8 turn, not very challenging section and add a semi fast corner...but nevertheless ...fine design of a modern , but also budget race track ...I would love to build this track here at ANTALYA, Turkey!!!
