Hiya there folks
As I mentioned on the sketch I posted earlier today I had a very busy and quite hard morning, it was an ordeal! specially because I had to walk all the entire colony of mine looking for someone you can have change for a 500 pesos bill Because that's what my dad gave me for buy food and stuff since he went to that trip to fix his car with my brother (also he went to see my sister in the way) but nobody wanted to change it, they all said they didn't had change
I think the rest of the day it's being more calm though But it's quite boring....and since the internet is failing a bit in these days and my dad forgot to pay the cable, I tried to entertain myself watching a movie. I watched "The lady and the tramp" in it's original version (since when I was a kid I saw it in spanish cos they put it like that here on tv)) but now I have the dvd cos my day likes this movie, so I watched it in English.
Hehe, in part I watched it cos I'm looking for voice actors for my characters, and I have to say I liked the voices, specially Lady's one cos it's very cute The tramp has one great voice too and also jock. Larry Roberts (voice of the Tramp) could have done great voices for my two main characters I think....too bad that they well....passed away....
Well, I liked the movie on the original version, but a funny thing, I was excepting to hear british accents on that one movie, lots and lots of them and I didn't, and that was, well....quite odd to me I think it's cos I was looking forward for them cos I thought the movie was settled in England for some reason ....Wasn't it?.... Oh my! Maybe I was wrong all this time! ....you know, because usually when movies are settle on you can hear the accents ...and in this one I didn't....I don't know *shrug* And there's no info about what's the scenary of the movie....
Well, another funny thing I noticed it's that the characters talk funny The italians don't speak English and jock and other dogs talk funny, they use "why" or "aye" for everything or/and they don't pronounce well the words I think I can guess the "aye" thing is some kind of way to talk on some countries or something but, why "why, yes" or "why thank you" or "why, we have visitors"?...I mean, what is this "why" for? If someone could tell me why the "why" thing I would really appreciate it! It's a bit funny to me cos it was odd and made me feel all confused along with the not correct pronuntiation of words *chuckles* I thought for a moment I was going to end cutting off words like that and saying "aye" for everything too! Thanks goodness that didn't stick to me, cos I much prefer talk proper and well pronounced English
By the way, one of the things I noticed and really liked about our dubbing in mexico for this movie it's that they made the voices in spanish very fitting to the original ones, and the accents were quite matched too, even the beaver's accent! that was really nice to discover cos characters didn't chanced much they were still the same characters I saw in spanish when I was little!

Well, now the drawing, it's the colored Zeeter sketch of this one [link] I posted earlier. And when I made that pencil drawing I had the idea after reading a lot of the show synopsis that described her as "Hot-dogging pilot" and I just couldn't help but find it so hilarious, cos I had no idea of what it meant! Seriously, I don't have idea how what that does mean The context makes me think they mean a bold pilot, but maybe I might be wrong....but well, one day when I was thinking about what that description might mean it came to my mind a picture of her dessing like I drew her on that sketch, dressing on her patrol suit but with pilot accessories And yesterday night I made it bigger and printed and painted that one sketch becuase I felt inspired to color it, since that folk replied a comment I made on his art and made me feel a bit enthusiastic about the show again even if I haven't seen it in a long time. And since I've been in a steampunk mode since quite a while, I ended modifying the suit, so it ended being like, steampunk zeeter or something I have to say I had a bit of a trouble with her and her suit being purple cos, but at the end I darked the suit and I think it looks ok
Mmhhh, Maybe I just felt like...some nostalgia for the great old times where I used to have lots of fun with Multo...I mean drawing the character and being amazed and thrilled watching him and the show in general ... I just, for some reason I don't feel the same thrills to see a clip of the show like I used to....and I miss that ...Maybe I miss the excitement I felt when it was a relatively new show for me, I don't know *chuckles* Or maybe it's because I haven't seen a complete episode in years and years! Just so brief intros that leave me disspappoined cos I want to watch more
But I do love the zula Patrol still, and it's witty and creative concepts and dialogues and endearing characters And their so creative an refreshing way to teach science! It's one of the best shows of it's genre I've ever seen, maybe it's even a new breed of kids shows, a new genre! Sometimes I wish I could see a whole episode and not only intros...*sigh*
Since there is no cable no internet at that time, I went back to the classic-reliable thing that is fun for excellence! Making art! Well I hope you like this drawing that I spent like 3 hours paiting, because I did it with much love and dedication to the fans of the show/zeeter and the producers of Zula Inc Also to Patricia Chavarro Parada voice of Zeeter in spanish! She does such really amazing work on this character! Her voice sounds beautiful and very cute
Oh and also to cos I thank him for the nice reply to my comment and the entusiasm, and because in part was thanks to a great drawing of him that I felt inspired to draw her in this kind of pilot outfit
