HEY REMEMBER WHEN I ACTUALLY USED TO DRAW STUFF?! Yeeeah good times, good times.Anyway I took a short break from commissions today to ink/color this sketch I had sitting about, just for the fun of it. I randomly got it into my head that I wanted a bull terrier character and YES OKAY, this is the first dog character I have ever made, at least since I was... eleven or twelve. Now I can join the legions of sparkledogs ahurhurr guys! 8B

I was never clear on what trading/selling characters is all about, but I'm still pretty attached to him so gonna have to go with no. You should make your own bull terrier thug, though :q Maybe a cousin or something?

He also reminds me of Harper (The bull terrier fursona) cuz she has 3 studs in both ears, an eyebrow piercing over her left eye and snake bites. I need to draw a ref for her really bad, but I can;t find my darn tablet >.<

Hm... first time I've seen a domestic canine anthro of this breed - usually it's either wild ones like foxes/wolves, or the more distinctly-marked breeds like rottweilers and dobermans. Nice.

Thats awesome! I love bull terriers and I don't think I've ever seen an anthro one. Plus the somewhat badass but still a friendly guy, definitely befitting. Absolute love! XD

Lulz, you have three of my favorite things jammed into one lovely package here. Those favorite things being Bull Terriers, piercings, and tattoos. Plus it's your art so it's automatically made of win and cookies.

He is totally made of win. Not only is the art superb, he's a really attractive character. I love the piercings, tats, and especially his body type. The side view where he's showing his teeth is awesome.
The fact he works at a mod shop would win him points with my Elektra.

This looks like a great character. I love the thought you put into his facial piercings and his arm tattoo, very clever making the fur real thin so the ink shows through XD. I like how he has the big bad ass tough guy over the nice guy personality.

I always imagine that, if anthros were real, cropping and docking would be looked at in the same vein as body modification. Some of that stuff freaks me out- you think ear cropping is cruel, look at the stuff people do to themselves voluntarily Seriously freaky stuff.
Eh, I'm just rambling. Great picture, nice design. He could use a bit more accessory-type clothing though, like a belt or something.

Whomever pierced his bridge must be an exceptional piercer. Those things seem near impossible to pierce or heal without ending up crooked. (lol@pretendserious)

I *love* the idea that he works at a body mod shop that does cropping and docking. I'd always wondered about how anthro dogs became cropped or docked, as its just a human whim, but the idea of them voluntarily going for it as a fashion thing is great!
Also love the idea of the tattoos showing through the fur. Works well on this kind of breed because you can always see their skin pigment through their skin in places.

Thanks! PocketBatInc came up with the cropping/docking idea but yeah, I agree. I don't have a problem with it only if it's sentient animals doing it for fashion LOL.
But yeah I was like, "CRAP HOW DO TATTOOS EVEN WORK ON FURRIES. Intricate dying? Scarification?" And then I was like o wait on short-haired animals it wouldn't even matter that much, theoretically.
