Yeah. Because this took me way too long and I'm too happy with it to keep it a secret until I finish Windracer's robot form.Anyhoo, COLOR CHANGE! Instead of being primarily white, Winders is now mostly navy. Stick that in yer pipe and smoke it. XD The yellow / gold is a bit grungy looking; I may fiddle around with it a bit more to find a more "natural" yellow.
Tried a somewhat different coloring style (which is why the color job took me like 4 hours. Lines alone was about an hour. x_X' ) that I found in a tutorial by *dcjosh . You should check it out. It's awesome.
I also took ~windbladeicepuppy 's advice about blending the wing digits into the membrane instead of, say, having them be out on the open and visible like I did with Snowfire. I kinda like how it came out.

As I go further back, I can see how you would get frustrated about comments... I can't match to those numbers, but I know exactly how you feel. I post art to get feedback, not faves.
I think I need to read that tutorial... but I don't see it. :\ The colours look fantastic. Really realistic and plausable. I'm just still in a lot of shock. It looks leathery... you know?

Okay I honestly have to say that is one of the top five increadable dragons I have seen so far on Da and I have been here fore three years. I love the colors! The shading on the wings and the amount of detail on everything is just wonderful. I'm glad that there isn't a back ground just for this peice..it would have taken away the Dragon. :3 And I like that yellow..It looks more relistic! <3 anyways very awesome dragon :3 And it is gonna go in my faves
