...When GLaDOS said this, was I the only one who thought of this? XDI hope so- because if there's a comic like this out here, man am I going to be embarrassed...
I also know I had GLaDOS paraphrase a bit, but she said quite a lot in this little scene, so I cut her dialogue a bit short.

I am fairly certain she means her original body. Her potato body makes no sense, as if Chell sawed her own head off, it would not fit in a potato, and then she would be dead and GLaDOS would have no way of reaching her actual body.
