This is, hands down, the best piece I have ever done. My first real background in watercolours and I actually really used the watercolours... and a thanks to =Lyanti for the tip on using watercolours and how not to get waves. Not only that, but there was not one reference used! It was all out of my head I swear.

About the piece... it's a little bit of a visionary artwork. It's very complicated though, and I couldn't quite grasp the meaning myself and what I wanted from it, yet I knew exactly what I wanted to draw. I know I wanted the wolf and the swans connected in some way, so the wolf is wearing a necklace with a jewel of their feather colour, and the swans are wearing necklaces too.

Criticism is welcome, however I feel that I could not do too much better on this piece alone so please look to help me in the future and not this piece alone.

Medium: Derwent and Prisma coloured pencils with watercolours on Bristol
Time: 21 hours
