OH MY GOD YES.

As an older sister who was frequently put in charge of her brothers when they were Max's age, every single thing Ruby ever did just pissed me off.
"No Max, no more playing with your chicks, play with your lobster!" They're his birthday presents, he can play with them whenever he wants.
"No Max, no playing out in the rain, you have to stay inside and paint pictures with me!" Why? He just wants to splash in the rain, it's not stopping you from doing what you want to do.
"No Max, you can't carve a scary face on your jack o lantern! It has to be happy!" Why not? Why can't he make it scary? It's not like the damn thing's going to bite your face off if he does.
"No Max, you can't be a vampire for Halloween, you have to be a prince to go with me and my friend's princess costumes! If you dress up as something scary for Halloween, no one will give you any candy!" OH YOU LYING PIECE OF SHIT!!!!

I so totally agree with the fact that Ruby is a female dictator and that Max needs to say, "Yo, Rubster! Chill, ok?!"

It has been said by producers that since they have no parents (Car Accident) and Max has had Head Trauma ruby has no choice but to be the way she is to him.

Which is why she annoys the crap out of me. XD However, if you consider the possibility that they are neglected children and she has to play the role of mother, then she seems a bit more sympathetic... but she's still a control-freak.
