That is not good to Kong if Kong win or lose to Godzilla, Godzilla still be a King because Godzilla already won more than 60 time in the battle.

It would have been cool if they had made a King Kong vs Godzilla film in the heisei era of Godzilla films and used the 1976 Kong suit.

Toho actually was considering making a "King Kong Vs. Godzilla" remake in the Heisei era, but due to legal complications with Universal they decided to scrap the project. But hey, now they're finally getting their chance with the MonsterVerse, so better late than never.

Very awesome. I'm glad you chose G84, but wasn't a fan of the picture you chose to represent it. Would have went with a suit shot instead of the animatronic. Other than that, it's awesome.

I chose that particular image because I kinda like the animatronic look more. It kinda looks like a stop-motion puppet built by Ray Harryhausen. I don't know, it just has that distinctive feel to me.

Director's comments on 2017 Kong's new size:
The thing that most interested me was, how big do you need to make [Kong], so that when someone lands on this island and doesn’t believe in the idea of myth, the idea of wonder – when we live in a world of social and civil unrest, and everything is crumbling around us, and technology and facts are taking over – how big does this creature need to be, so that when you stand on the ground and you look up at it, the only thing that can go through your mind is: "That's a god!" We sort of went back to the 1933 version in the sense that he’s a bipedal creature that walks in an upright position, as opposed to the anthropomorphic, anatomically correct silverback gorilla that walks on all fours. Our Kong was intended to say, like, this isn’t just a big gorilla or a big monkey. This is something that is its own species. It has its own set of rules, so we can do what we want and we really wanted to pay homage to what came before…and yet do something completely different, and If anything, our Kong is meant to be a throwback to the ’33 version. I don’t think there’s much similarity at all between our version and Peter [Jackson]’s Kong. That version is very much a scaled-up silverback gorilla, and ours is something that is slightly more exaggerated. A big mandate for us was, How do we make this feel like a classic movie monster?

Godzilla 2004 and Kong 2005

Any Godzilla from the 2000's works fine, however, I picked KiryuGoji because...well, I like that one more than FinalGoji.

Plus I feel like that one is the definitive Godzilla of the Millennium series despite liking FinalGoji more.
