I honestly am not sure who I'd think would win right off the bat. Let's start from the end and go backwards.

Kiryu - not much in terms of firepower, Kiryu was predominantly designed as a fighting machine, able to match Godzilla's combat abilities, and stand up to the monster king, toe to toe. Apart from the detachable missile pack - which quickly runs dry of ammunition - Kiryu is equipped with a maser laser canon in his mouth, a plasma laser sword, and a drill that has been able to pierce Godzilla's skin. But Kiryu does also posses a power-house weapon in the form of the Absolute Zero Cannon; able to freeze any object solid in just one hit. Unfortunately the weapon is so powerful and requires so much energy that it's essentially a one-shot, and likely wouldn't be able to be used twice. Kiryu has a tendency to go berserk, once the spirit of the original Godzilla takes control; making him wild and unpredictable. But worst of all, Kiryu has only a limited supply of energy to keep him moving; if he runs out, he's mobilized.

Mechagodzilla 2 - this Mechagodzilla is a walking arsenal - packed to the brim with an array of devastating weapons. His eyes come equipped with small plasma laser guns, able to fire short bursts. His mouth is equipped with a Mega Buster - a beautiful rainbow colored ray of death. It also comes armed with paralyzer missiles and a pair of shock-anchors mounted in its wrists. This Mechagodzilla boasts an impressive defense; it's armor is coated in a synthetic diamond alloy, making it resistant to most attacks. But this armor also provides him his strongest weapon; the armor is designed to absorb energy from an opponent's attack and channel it into the Plasma Grenade - a devastating beam from Mechagodzilla's stomach that was even able to knock Godzilla himself down.
But that's not the limit of what THIS Mechagodzilla can do. Thanks to a few modifications, the already overpowered walking-cannon can get even more overpowered by combining with the Garuda 1, to achieve its ultimate form - Super Mechagodzilla.
Thanks to Garuda - Mechagodzilla gains better flight capabilities and aerial mobility and two additional shoulder-mounted laser cannons from his back. Even more impressive is that joining with Garuda can actually repair previously damaged systems Mechagodzilla receives in combat - as shown when the eye previously pecked out by Rodan, re-lit at the moment of reattachment.
But while this Mechagodzilla boasts the weapons-advantage, it is probably the most lacking in overall mobility and speed. Without Garuda, Mechagodzilla is built like a tank and moves like one. While his armor is good against Godzilla, his hand-to-hand combat is almost non-existent. As such the strategy with this giant machine is to quickly blast away its opponent before they can get to close.

Mechagodzilla Mk 1 - surprisingly the ORIGINAL Mechagodzilla is actually a much more balanced combination of his two successors; boasting not only an exceptionally deadly hand-to-hand combat ability, but also a devastating array of long range weapons. This robot comes armed with missile launchers centered in his mouth, knees, AND fingers. Mechagodzilla's go-to weapon is a pair of twin rainbow-colored laser cannons fired from his eyes. He is equipped with a secondary laser mounted in his abdomen, and a flame-thrower in his nose. Mechagodzilla can fire all of these weapons at once in an All-Weapon-Strike to finish off his opponents quickly or keep them at a distance.
Mechagodzilla has a flying mode that allows him to not only get around fast - fleeing the battle if needed - but also giving him an aerial advantage over his opponents - being able to attack from the air.
Designed for little more than kill and destroy, Mechagodzilla's combat capabilities are brutal; able to completely overpower Anguirus, and King Caesar in mere seconds.
The Alien Robot is composed of Space Titanium - a durable metal from outer space. While stronger than most metals found on earth, the material itself is not invulnerable, and can in fact be broken if taken enough damage. Despite that however, Mechagodzilla sports what is perhaps the most powerful defensive system seen. By spinning his head rapidly, Mechagodzilla can create an energy field which engulfs his entire body in an impenetrable barrier. While using this defense, Mechagodzilla is protected from both long range energy attacks as well as physical ones. The only trade off is; while using this tool, Mechagodzilla must remain completely still.
But surprisingly, Mechagodzilla's most dangerous attribute isn't a weapon at all; it's his operating system. The Robot has the ability to assess the course of a battle, and adjust his strategy to turn the tables in his advantage. While battling King Caesar, the robot soon realized that the Okinawan Monster was able to deflect his eye lasers, and changed his tactics to counter such an ability.

All of that being said; Mechagodzilla 1 might actually be the one to win
