iLOS ZAPATOS!I colored on my white converse a few years ago. I don't wear them that much anymore because all of the colors ran after I got them wet.

Aww thanks! I suggest randomly doodling designs on paper and seeing where your imagination takes you before drawing on your shoes. And be cautious of what type of markers you use! (I learned that the hard way...)

For the colors I used some regular/average/nothing-special Fabric Markers.
And then a nice black Sharpie.

Hmm. I will keep that in mind. I have a bunch of Bic permanent markers that I want to use to design shoes, but I'm not sure how well it will work.

Be extremely careful!
For some reason the fabric markers I used were not permanent and bled horribly while I was out walking in the rain. I put the sharpie on after they got ruined.

This was a great mistake.
The string was originally part of a shirt that I had that ended up in my scrap fabric pile.
