Submission for 's December Challenge: Midnight Hour

Not as magical as usual but this was really fun to work on: especially her hair and the clock hands.

I didn't intend for this to become Doctor Who-ish and I don't really know how I feel without knowing the message/story here..then again that's always my goal, this time I just confused myself, whoops. But seriously, it's really hard to not think of Doctor Who when Midnight (12) and December (Christmas) is involved. As I just typed that I realized that 12 could also allude to December because it's the twelfth month... but my hand slipped when I was working on the chin and I felt it necessary to add a bow tie and then, hey, might as well make the title relevant to Doctor Who because I may or may not still be dealing with Matt Smith feels ok
