Description
First things first I think this piece might be used on Terrouge, so if anyone sees it there in the future they have permission.This piece is another piece based on the world of Redwall.
it features a group of squirrels gathering in the autumn fruits.
It was created in Photoshop CS and Painter 7 (because I adore the Add-Water_tool which works so much better than the blur tool or the smudge tool)

I was gunna say how well the colors blended, how well you did the red squirrels, how AWESOME this piece is, and how you get the look and feel of exactly what's going on--but I read the comments and it appears that has already been said. +fave, cheers, mate!

that's an interesting piece, I like how you conveyed a sense of depth of field in this, and it works quite well 
the only thing that cannot keep up here, is the background 
some rough blocking of colours and maybe a not totally white sun would be better here I think
other than that, well done

yeah I'm still not entirely happy with the tree to be honest. I've been staring at it awhile since it's pinned to my pin board and decieded the line of the foilage seemed to take a rather diagonal line, which makes it look more than a little odd if I'm honest. Anyway I will take your points on board and continue to ponder it. I might eventually update the picture since the tree has been bugging me for awhile.

Eeewhoosh. Amazing piece of work. I love the colour scheme and the detail. I quite like the way you did the fur, the brush strokes make it look floofy. I also love how you did the bushes, the circles give the effect of leaves. And the sunset and lighting work very well. Excellent job!
