Hey Axoll!
Looking good so far! Looks like your going for a high poly mesh? I'm guessing 3DS Max right? Are you Kit Bashing? Using some techniques from Josh Nizzi's Gnomon Workshop? If you haven't seen it, I highly recommend checking it out as he is one of the Artists behind the Transformers designs.
Couple of things you might want to watch out for, especially if you will be posing, rigging, or in any way moving or animating this model.
- Be careful that you don't "bulk" up the legs too much. Right now it looks like the 'bot would have trouble lifting its massively heavy looking feet.
- You may want to model and place your armor/plating/casing pieces first to flesh out the basic shape, silhouette and proportions. Once you have that looking how you want, then you can add in the filler parts, like hydrolics, pistons, gears, wires, etc. Always remember (if you'll be animating this) that as long as its cool, and functional, any extra stuff will be eye candy.
Again, looking real good so far, and if you haven't seen it already, check out Josh Nizzi's Gnomon Workshop on Designing Robots.
Peace!

Thanks for all the pointers, yes it was Josh Nizzi's video that inspired me to make it and it is kit bashing. In some of my later versions I have changed the shape of the legs so that they can bend easier and don't look so heavy and bulky.
Also I'm working in XSI Mod Tool just a free an easy modelling program Autodesk made a while ago.
Thanks again for all the help
