Looks like a good start! I can't tell though if the elbows have any rotation ability atm, normally hands lie flat against the thighs when relaxed not palms facing outward.

Yes it's hard to see at this scale but they're shoved right in there, once I have posed it you will be able to see better.
Also yes it does look odd with the palms facing forward but it is simply the basic T-pose with the arms down as I hate arms up. And it was easier to see how the hands looked when hey're facing forward

Oooh I see. Well when I show a render with clear armour you will see how all the objects and pistons and joints actually work and it isn't a bunch of parts shoved into a case

Well, at least I create my own 3D models, with my own textures, materials, rigging, lighting. Not just making a pile of downloaded parts and adding simple turbosmoothed parts, even a small kid can do that!

Yes a clear armour render would be interesting I'll certainly put on up.
Urm I think I'm gonna make another robot but probably a transformer that actually comes from a vehicle or object. I'm totally open to suggestions (or requests) at the moment as I have no idea

best vehicle ideas - a moped or a skateboard . juss kiddin . but a hoverboard or a motorcycle may be cool . any exotic or less common vehicle would be neat . `dangeruss makes awesome vehicles and he is as detailed (and tallented) as you . maybe you can get some concepts by looking through his gallery

Yeah I think I'm gonna have to make atleast 3 different versions of the head before I'm happy.

Yeah it was okay but not really suiting to such a humanoid figure, also many of my friends said that the head from that mech made it look like a bird and that's not really what I'm going for.
