Description
This is a work in progress version of an animation i am working on.The preview pic shows the first frame colored and shaded like it might appear when im done.
The "lineart" took me about 4 hours to do for 16 frames of this loop animation, although i technically only had to change the hair on the last 7 frames.
I hope you enjoy the animation.
I'll try something more dynamic in the future maybe

Hmmm, the only animation program I've tried so far is AnimeStudio, and although I'm still learning the basics, from what I can tell, there is a lot of potential for what you can do.
But if you're curious on what is out there, I found this neat little list of what you can get [link]

Its interesting to see the difference between flash tweening and frame by frame animation, both have a unique look and feel to them. Love the curves and how they move

It took me a while to get used to it, and I still feel I dont have a full grasp. I use flash because im too lazy to do a frame by frame work. Unfortunately this shows in my flash animations because they seem to lack life. Im trying a combination of the two in the hopes that i get a more beleivable performance for my animations. Studying frame by frame animation (such as yours) helps me bridge the gap.
