These are all Kuon, which is just the domesticated version of the Lukos. Kuons can be tiny, less than 15 lbs, or huge, over 300 lbs. Kuon heights range from less than 1 ft to 5ft at the tallest.
Kuons can have up to seven tails, but this is rare; usually they have three, five is uncommon. You can put up to seven tails on your character, even though the lineart only shows three.
The top row are spitz type Kuons. If you get one of these, your character should have characteristics similar to a husky, a malamute, an akita, an American eskimo dog, a chow chow, OR it can resemble a non-spitz but still similar dog type like a border collie, a Belgian sheepdog, a collie, or a golden retriever. Your character does not have to look exactly like the lineart shown here, Kuon can have any kind of coat length, feathering style, and mane style, so you choose how you’re Kuon will look within the previously enunciated limits.
The row below the spitz type Kuons are molosser type Kuons. If you grab a molosser type, your character should have characteristics resembling those of pit bulls, bulldogs, mastiffs, boerboels, great danes, the cane corso, etc. Molosser type Kuons have Dire Lukos ancestry, and so they tend to have the same hyena-like muscle hump that dires have above their shoulders, to a lesser degree in some. You can choose how you want your Kuon to look within these parameters, and they can have any kind of coat/mane length.
The last row are the sight hound types, and if you get one of these your Kuon’s body type should resemble a greyhound, a saluki, an ibizan hound, a lurcher, a whippet, and so on. Sight hound type Kuon’s are descendant from the Swift Lukos, which has not yet been posted; it is basically a tall and leggy Lukos that acts sort of like an African Wild Dog. Remember, your characters do not have to look just like the lineart.
RULES
1. First come first serve. Comment below with the number of the design you want.
2. You can have only one design per reference sheet, but there is no limit to how many you can adopt overall.
3. You must draw your lukos at least once in the three weeks following the day that you got one, or I'm taking it back. Once you've drawn it, send me a link please, I want to see it!
4. You can change minor parts of the designs to personalize them; for example you can change their eye color, simplify the design if its too complicated, take away markings, add markings, or add accessories. You can also choose your lukos' gender, personality, height, weight, past, age, name, etc.
5. Please give me credit for the species and design the first time you draw your lukos.
6. You can make your own lukos character if you want, just follow the rules and send me a link to your character so I can see it.

Oh noes D: Well,if it makes things any better, I can't exactly claim to have made it up; its part of the scientific name for the Dhole (cuon alpinus), spelled with a "C" though, and the name of a Japanese survival horror game.
