Agree wholeheartedly! Been trying to get a good shot of lightning for ages... So while not really original happy that I finally nailed a good shot!

Found the best way was to set the camera to manual with exposure set long upto 30secs, large aperture and ISO 100-200... Setup on tripod... If there was a good strike or two covered the lens to prevent the flash lightning from wiping out the strikes... Thanks for the Fav too!

It was a brilliant storm and went for ages... Took a lot of shots and in the end managed to get a few good shots!

Cheers mate! Upped the saturation and noise reduction in RAW editor + smudged out gutter caught on the left of the shot in photo elements, else not really manipulated... Will load more soon!
