I'm in the middle of the construction of my Jun helmet, so I though it would be a good time to finally make a tutorial about how I do it.I I missed anything, or went over anything too quickly, don't be afraid to ask.
Part II will be up when I find the time to do more work on the helmet. I'm already up to the sanding phase, but don't have enough for posting.

I just ran across this and it's a genius way to cosplay with a helmet and get it right. I was wondering if you'd so lovely as to make a template for the Legend of Korra Pro-Bending helmet? It's been a challenge to find a good base for my friend's cosplay. Once again this is genius. Well done

Thanks. Sorry you are having a hard time on the helmet. I might have time in the future to model and convert something, but at this moment in time, I'm too busy with my own stuff to do anything else. Keep your chin up. New pepakura files hit the internet everyday. It's only a matter of time before someone post this. Or if you're really desperate and want to go with the pepakura track, learn a bit of 3d modeling (there are free programs out there) and converting the model to pepakura isn't that difficult either. Whatever you choose, good luck!

I'm a cosplayer. I love doing cosplays with helmets, so I thought this would be a fun and interesting costume.
