Seriously, people? Read the comments if you're so unsure if this is real or not. Don't make assumptions. She's not smoking, it is unlit, and it was Photoshopped to look lit. Look into it before you start blabbering like a fool, but thanks for your morals, Captain Obvious and his crew.

Some DDs are odd but it's nice to see one that shows a pregnant woman as beautiful.
Also the cigarette doesn't appear to be lit - notice the end is white.

Facial expression and phony cigarette aside- she doesn't seem overwhelmed by her belly or covering it up. She's relaxed.
She's fit so it's obvious she's pregnant but her belly is smooth and firm. And pregant women should always be told they're beautiful because they don't feel that way.

I don't approve or pregnant women smoking, but is everyone here forgetting that cigarettes have just started becoming taboo since the late 90's early 2000's? Millions of people were born just fine (in fact I'm sure most everyone who is commenting here was) from a pregnant woman who smoked. What would be 100x more concerning is if she was swigging off of a beer. This is an interesting picture, not really my cup of tea, but interesting none the less. Congrats on a DD.
Wish people would take some time to think before commenting. Again, congrats, this is a very unique picture as in it's something not seen on Deviantart very often. Even if it's not something I'll fave, it is something I'll remember because it is different form the usual monotony that this site has become famous for.

Agreed. My mom also smoke while pregnant of me. This witch-hunt disturbs me too. A lot. Even though I don't smoke myself. By the way here [link] is a nice image of the same girl with a glass of wine. And yes, there is a gun on the table... Drinking is more accepted I guess!
