doing a redesign ask game on tumblr today, got an ask to redesign spike first lol

for the most part i like spike and his design!

mOST of what i dont like is his adult design tbh

biggest changes is like, no wings. i beleive in water dragon spike. with lil fins and stuff. just a sopping wet beast.

An real cute dorky kid vibes, lil buck teeth, freckles and all the classic lil boy interest.

An adult spikey is more young adult spike. Their big soft, and are an adventurer.

Spike story goes from having a crush on rarity to, spike has a crush on rarity but comes to realize it was more admiration that a real crush. How much spike looked up to rarity and her feminity as a fat woman, who still speaks her mind and is a great leader with many friends. Even spike learning rarity is a trans woman and it unlocking this feeling in spike relizing they wanted to BE rarity. Spike struggled to ever think of himself as feminine being into a lot of boy stuff, being not very "pretty", ect. Tending to force himself to be one of the guys to ignore how much it just felt weird to say. Through Rarity spike would come out as a NB fem dragon who now travels around the world learning and sending letters back to twilight almost every day.
