I like everything in this pic , I just wish the skin would look more realistic , c4d doesn't have good skin shaders unlike max or maya , but all in all its a really nice software , lovely lighting , and I love the details that you have added e.g buttons , fan etc .
really good work take care

hi.
thank you very much for your kind words.
i'm using vray here. even though not as good as mental ray for skin. it's actually my bad that the skin doesn't look realistic. i haven't upload anything new for more than a year due to busy schedules, but i have been playing around with the skin textures and render settings. the skins look so much better. i can't say they are very realistic looking but at least better than what you see here. hope i can upload something this year.
thanks again.

Had me fooled for a moment. That doesn't happen often, after viewing and rendering thousands of CG images. So bravo on an obviously excellent render. Thought it was a photo.

The realism in this is shocking! The clothing pops out at my face as if I can actually touch them! the Map, the texture and the rendering is all amazing! great job!

This is an amazing piece. I love the detail in her clothes, especially the buttons. The whole outfit is amazingly realistic and 'photographic' in nature and a great tribute to your modelling skills. My one very small niggle is her face. It looks a little stiff and almost too perfect. Perhaps dialling in a little asymmetry or a slight quirk to the mouth before exporting V4 from poser, would up the realism even more.
Nonetheless, well done!

thanks very much dylazuna for commenting.
i guess you're right. maybe a slightly tiny little bit emotion on her face would add a bit more realism.
have to play more with those dials next time.

I have never seen anything so lifelike before, including most CGI movies on the market today. This truly is impressive..

Beautifully done!
At a larger resolution do you get too much graininess in the face?
This would look fantastic as a desktop image.

thanks nucks.
not to sure what will happen at larger size.
maybe some issue with the anti-alias as i crank up the render setting just high enough for this size.
just give it a try and let me know ya.
