Surprise! New breed!
Decided that soda and energy drinks should be two separate breeds. Previously, I would have considered them the same breed since there wasn't a better alternative. But now that has been rectified. Here's the energy breed!

  The energy breed is a relatively new development. It was discovered that soda dinkies made of energy drinks behaved very differently from their peers. Breeders decided that this was a good opportunity to create the energy breed. These dinkies were designed to be guard dinkies, protecting the property and safety of humans. One may wonder then why they are so short... They're even shorter than the juice breed!

  The reason for this unusual design choice is because they were simply too dangerous as normal sized dinkies. Breeders were at one point considering a build which combines elements of the soda and coffee breeds, creating a breed that was equally fast and strong. It occurred to them quickly, however, that the personality of the energy dinky is just too overwhelming, and many breeders ended up getting hurt by them. Indeed, energy dinkies are extremely anxious and have loads of pent up energy. If you push them too far, they have the tendency to lash out violently against anything nearby, including, unfortunately, humans.

  As a result, it was decided that these dinkies should be small. In the case that they are untrained and don't know how to properly handle their emotions, they will do much less damage to their surroundings. Owners who would like energy dinkies as guards give them weapons instead. This way, whether these dinkies can do damage or not is under the humans' control.

  It should be noted that these dinkies need to be trained at a very young age to be proper guards. They need to learn to use their pent up energy against threats and not anything and everything. It's recommended that owners with energy dinkies bring alongside with them water dinkies who can calm them down when they're not on guard duty. Although water dinkies usually find aggression in their peers to be an undesirable trait, if they are raised alongside energy dinkies, they will get used to it and may even find it charming.

  It may seem like energy dinkies are less intelligent than other dinkies because of their tendency to react to everything around them instead of thinking things through. They are not actually less intelligent; it is just that they are too anxious to think properly.
