The coffee breed is one of the more sought after breeds for hard working owners looking for a helping hand. However, owners should be aware of the different kinds of coffee dinkies that exist, since they act very differently from each other although they may look the same. There are two types of coffee dinkies: pure coffee and half coffee (also called milk coffee).
In terms of appearance, the coffee breed’s body type looks the most similar to the water dinky, however they look a little smoother. They have long up ears, long curly tails, and head open areas. The larger ears allow the coffee dinky to hear better and from further away, while their longer tails give them slightly better balance. The smoother properties of their bodies is actually an added layer of fat and muscle that make them slightly stronger than the average water dinky. Coffee dinkies are bred for their helpful properties that allow them to assist humans in day-to-day tasks. They can be seen helping out humans in shops, warehouses, and even in farms.
The specification of a pure coffee dinky and a half coffee dinky is quite important, since the two types have very different personalities because of their liquid composition. The pure coffee dinky is the highest energy dinky out of all other kinds. Their liquid composition is 100% coffee without any milk or creamer, and the caffeine present in the coffee dinky is what is believed to be the cause of their energy. It’s almost as if they’re operating twice as fast as other dinkies. They think quickly and have energy to work and play all day long without stopping. For owners who need their dinkies to have this much energy, the pure coffee dinky is an incredible choice. However, if the owner is not planning on making their dinkies work or play a whole lot, these dinkies will find other ways to expel their unlimited energy and it may become overwhelming for an owner.
The half coffee dinky is the answer to this dilemma. For those who would like help but aren’t on the go 24/7, the half coffee dinky is a subdued version of the pure coffee dinky. They still have plenty of energy, but they also know how to relax and do need their down time. The half coffee dinky’s liquid composition contains a good chunk of milk or creamer of some kind. Breeders will often specify how much milk or creamer is contained within the composition. A popular choice is 50%, but there are varieties that contain more or less. The more milk and creamer is present in the liquid composition, the more subdued the coffee’s personality is. How subdued you need it depends on your own lifestyle.
It’s a very popular trend for owners to add whipped cream or foam of some kind on top of the coffee dinky for stylization. Of course, this “hair” is artificial, but it is a good addition to the coffee dinky’s appearance.
