. . .

Like the alcoholic breed, the soup breed is equally as rare. Of course, this partially depends on the desired type of soup that the breeder wants the dinky to be. Soups that are more broth-like are easier to breed than thicker soups. Dinky eggs prefer to absorb thinner liquids, so getting it to absorb a thick soup can be a bit of a challenge. However, it can be done, and it’s very rewarding once a soup dinky is finally born.

The reason why milk dinkies are used to help create soup breeds is because the milk dinky’s eggs are more likely to absorb thicker liquids than non-milk dinky eggs. In fact, breeding two soup dinkies together is less likely to have soup offspring than one soup and one milk dinky. The body open area of a soup dinky allows more room for feeding, as more food is often required to get specific flavors. It’s also a characteristic not seen in other dinky breeds, which makes it seem more exotic. Unlike the arm open areas, a body open area is actually not super uncommon in the wild, so its exoticism is only artificial. They have long down ears and poop tails (otherwise known as not having a tail). These traits are merely cosmetic and have no significant practical purpose.

The personality of the soup breed can vary quite a bit. They are often described as being shy and timid, but these personality traits mainly apply to soup dinkies that have milk in their liquid composition. For more broth-like soup dinkies, their personalities are most like the water dinky: calm and intelligent. For soup dinkies with a lot more fruit and veggies, they might be more similar to the juice breed. There are soup dinkies with a lot of different ingredients in their liquid composition, so some can have a combination of different personalities.

Soup breeds are incredibly sought after, like the alcohol breed. Owners like to enter their soup dinkies into tasting competitions, where judges taste the liquid within the dinky. The winners of these competitions can make tons of money! Depending on the liquid composition of your dinky, you may be able to alter the flavor and make entirely new different types of soup whenever you please, which definitely helps when entering the dinky into competitions. Soup dinkies are incredibly expensive, however. They are more expensive than alcoholic dinkies, in fact, so only the richest of the rich are usually able to get their hands on soup dinkies. If you ever find the change to get one of these dinkies, consider yourself blessed.
