Influence maps are interesting. It forces to do a flash back.A comment on some pictures :
-The Satoshi Urushihara pic is the first I've seen from him. I was in love with her expression.
-Son of the beach, a masterpiece of stupidity. Jaime Bergman has beautiful dumb expressions.
-Iria is nearly as important as Masakazu Katsura in this influence map (I know he has only done her character design).
-Arthur de Pins for the fashion, the beautiful women and his colors.
-Nirvana... I think about them to prevent me from drawing too much details.
-Franz Hals... his paintings in JPG is a sacrilegious. You can't see the brush strokes. It's so easy for him to paint without CTRL+Z.

Funny story. I was at a convention. Frank Cho was there. Perhaps you have heard of him? I should him a copy of Reform School Girls. He thumbed through it and said, "A lot of butts!" I said, "I figured you could appreciated that." He said, "people have Β called me the master of ass." I said, "I know, a title in which I will usurp!"

Batman cartoon is the only american one that i liked (on french TV)... There was no style in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, and things like that.
The Takehiro pic is from the manga Dominance Vol.2.
