Drone image from the dark side of tidally locked planet Proxima Centauri b. We see traces of volcanic activity, and chaotic weather resulting from hot air flowing from the permanent dayside, rising to bypass the troposphere of the temperate zone through a high altitude air stream, and into the dark side, mixing with the cold air there.

The drone is headed into the ultimate cold spot of the planet, to investigate a phenomenon which, if the hypotheses are true, would be more spectacular than anything seen on any world to date.
