Don't know anything about the theme but I must say I like the style of it, even if it's different from what you usually do, weird and scary

His stories almost always float in to feverish insanity. With your kind of imagination I think you would like his stories a lot. Here you have many of his novels as free ebooks. They are mostly short stories. [link]
They are from the 1920ies most of them so some themes might be considered less then 100% politically correct nowadays.
