Description
Just a fun little drawing I did so that I could have my own version of a character in a roleplay on Gaia. Originally had been using an image from something else, but wanted an image of her that I had done myself because she's become such an awesome, fun character. Her name is Comfort Lane. She's a cutey in a hotty's body... sort of... but a bit of a slut when it comes to wanting attention. XD

^_^() I was told by a particularly critical friend (whom I love dearly for this fact) that her head is too small. ^_^() But otherwise, yes, I really do love this image and this character in general. Can't wait until I actually get around to coloring her.

Lines in clothing are something I have a terrible time with. You seem to have been practicing [rather successfully] with it ^^ Any suggestions?

Oh dear... I don't know that I can really give you much advice beyond practice and references. Doing studies can be boring as all heck, but really useful as you begin to develop an understanding of how gravity works with fabric. I also use a lot of references in my work out of How to Draw manga books and such, which actually I did for this pose in all honesty. (I will never deny that I still use references more often than not.)
Also, I find tutorials can be helpful. Especially where people explain a bit more about how gravity works on fabrics, so that you get a bit more information rather than simply your own observation. I especially find this one - [link] - very useful.
I... hope that was at all helpful. ^_^()
