Photoshop scan line tutorial: [link]I have been meaning to upload this here but keep forgetting! I hope this might come in handy for someone. /w\ I love making fake screenshots and it's fun to try and make them look genuine (at least at first glance. ;D)
The character I used was just a sketch of the Duke of Detroit from Motorcity, which is (c) Titmouse animation studios. <3

I mean that if you select the layer and then press the arrow keys you can move the layer very slightly, as in a 'nudge'.

Aaaah, I love tutorials on making things look old/retro. Would never have though of putting these filters/blending layers together to create this effect. It's fantastic! Thanks for sharing~
