How do you give your work that specific texture at the end?

The texture is rgb noise generated by photoshop. First make a new layer on top of all of your other layers. Fill with 50% grey. Go to, Filter>Add Noise. Pick a layer style (Overlay is a good default but sometimes another will work better). Lower the opacity until you like the results.
