Comment by OrtelloHey look, it's actually here! I finally got the builds done enough so I could start this!
At the moment, there is nothing more that I want to do with Sundown, though if I think of anything else I will absolutely add it in!
Also, Origin has NOTHING to do with Sundown. I wanted to make a comic that is completely separate from Sundown and Rift, so you wouldn't have to read those first to understand this one! Nothing will be carried over, except canon characters like Notch, Steve, and Hero. There will also be less NPCs than Sundown, just so I can focus more on fewer characters. That being said, there will be a lot of Stevie and Hero to look forward!
This comic will be kinda like Hero's Bane (one of the biggest MC fics, if you've ever read it) - I want to invoke that kind of atmosphere. If that interests you, stick around! I know you're all only here for Hero anyway
Remember commenting helps me out in a major way even if it's on pages you don't care about! These pages take hours to make, seconds to read!

Alright, sorry for being annoying AGAIN but there's more questions:
1.Will Cat show up again or he decide to dissapear forever and FULLY give his life to Hero and Vile(if he do it's willl be very sad)?
2.What happened to remained people of Hero's village(i know the are alive ,but what happpened to them ''Β after 1 year '' )?Β

1) I feel like Hero and Vile would attempt to give Cat more time to be himself, as it wouldn't be fair otherwise! Maybe, Cat could get to appear on the weekends! Cat is very noble (and handsome) but he wouldn't want to just disappear.
2) The three of them left alive headed to the Icerunner place to help Lorilei - they figured that they could spend their time healing and comforting other people who were hurt by the Gods!

In the end of Sundown Alex go on adventure.Does she go on long jorney or this are short trips and after these trips she comes back and visit Steve and Hero?

Hey there!
1) This comic has nothing to do with Sundown! Some Canon characters (like Steve and Alex) are in this one too, but this is something completely new! I wanted to make something people could enjoy without having to read Sundown/Rift first ^^
2) Alex and Steve are best friends! Steve and Hero..... have a long history. All will be revealed!
3) Of course Alex comes back to visit from time to time! She couldn't leave her best friend for too long!

A promising, if mysterious beginning, I like the contrast between the Minecraft environments and the realistically-drawn characters, but I'm just gonna throw this out there: It would help a lot if these pages had "Prev / First / Next" links on them, as it's somewhat tricky to navigate the comic as-is.

i agree with you!! i don't ship herosteve either, so i really like how she wrote the story. it was so intense. its funny because i used to hate reading, and that story changed my mind about reading.

Ahhh, at last! I loved Rift and Sundown but admittedly they were so long, I never got to read from the beginning, so I was always sort of confused despite enjoying the story. A new comic I can be here for is thrilling in an all new sense, I'll understand everyone's questions! x'D

I didn't like his new look Beanz, if that's the idea you got, just something that I thought was an odd choice after having him look in Sundown the ways he does. But, then again he was your headcannon, so I didn't mind him looking as he did in your picture.

That's not what I meant Beanz, I'm saying no mater what you do I know I'll end up liking it. You just have that creativity about you, the ability to make a character with such a strange backstory but somehow in the end people just fall in love with them. There is also the fact you're not afraid to take risks, trying out knew things and new looks for characters.Β
I was trying to say that had you gone with how Steve looked in that picture, I wouldn't have hated it. And even though this is a new slate for you, I know I'll still like how you make these characters. You just have that affect in your story writing. Something I know I want to get to when I write stories, but also know I'm not there yet. I admire how you're confident in your new style, and don't care what others think. My days of FFN (Fanficiton.net) have just made me afraid to do that.
Point is, I like how you willing to adapt and change your style, until you're happy, and if you are proud of it in the end then I have a feeling I know I will and so will others. Does that make sense?Β
