Sir Ashley the famous witchhunter. The truth is his hunting is not limited to witches. Also his targets are sorcerers, living dead, gargoyles, werewolves, vampires and other unclean beings.
When asked why he decided to become a witch hunter, Sir Ashley prefers not to answer. But over time it became known that the craving for the destruction of evil spirits showed up after he had been in the hunting hut of a famous baron. It is not known what happened there, but the events in the house irreversibly changed Ashley both morally and physically (it was there that Ash lost his right hand, which now replaces with an unusual prosthesis in the form of a plate glove).
Several times the church tried to persuade Sir Ashley to serve the Lord, bestowing upon him the title of father-inquisitor. According to the condition of the representatives of the clergy, Ashley was obliged during the hunt and after it to declare that he performs these acts in praise of the Lord God. He was also obliged to read the sermons in each settlement where he worked. Every attempt by the church to incline Williams to its side was was brutally rebuffed by the witch hunter. One day after another refusal from Ashley, a church minister threatened to excommunicate him and curse him to the seventh generation. In retaliation for this, Williams beat up the saint and having a tirade:
“Where was your God when the demon tried to take my body, where was your God when my friends were torn to pieces by the risen dead. I suppose He was in his place, where He was supposed to be, but He chose to cover his ears so as not to hear the horrible cries of my doomed comrades. Now I will remain deaf to the requests of your God too"
