Description
"This power feels applicable. Time to blow this whelp away!" Lady Death cackled as she stepped forward and summoned a miniature cyclone in her right hand. She then thrust her arm forward and blasted an invisible whirlwind at the scaly predator. The cyclone slammed into the Whelp's side and carried it across the street away from Glory, slamming into a building as the wind magic grinded through its body. The small protodragon was slain on impact and served as the perfect test for Lady Death's power.

Glory's expression morphed into a mixture of dismay and relief though Lady still couldn't hear her from this distance. Not that her words mattered anymore, a new figure had appeared on the rooftop behind her. A bipedal dragonoid covered in scales and carrying two very familiar faces had stepped into view. "That whelp was going to help deal with an infestation in this area, but you just fucked that up!" It yelled in a masculine voice while holding his two buxom captives in each hand. His voice reverberated across the street and was clearly audible, hinting at his power. Lady Death took a deep breath and bellowed back, "And you've got captives that already have a master! Release them now and you might even be spared!" She responded haughtily, entertaining what Lord Volos might do to the dragonid if he were present.

"Volos? That name means nothing. And these fatty morsels are going to feed us for days if something else doesn't claim them first." He shot back, referring once again to other predators in the area. Unknown to them all, one of the infested carnivores was listening in and just waiting across the street, clinging to a stack of storage containers in preparation for hearty feast....

"Okay, here we go I guess." Expira gingerly stepped into the mud and felt her foot sink every so slightly into down. She stepped forward with her other leg and felt the same sensation, sending a chill up her spine as she realized they were somehow situation in a patch of quicksand. With that revelation, she wasted no time in bending over to rake Demona out of the muck, sending small vibrations through the sand that casued Dahlia and Iris to sink deeper with each movement.

"Gah there!" Expira wiped her brow in relief once Demona was free and strewn across the pavement, safe but still unconscious. She hadn't responded to being moved, but her breathing was steady all the while. The only conscious damsel was also distressed to see Dahlia and Iris sinking slowly into the quicksand, a result of her own tampering with them.

"Shit shit shit! I'm coming girls!" Expira exclaimed before stepping back into the quicksand and briskly taking several steps forward without realizing she too had been caught by the environmental hazard. Her sharp movements and own body weight were a deadly combination in the quicksand, resulting in Expira being unable to pull herself free in any direction. "Fuck, what do I do now?!" She began to panic and could only hear the faint bubbling of the muck beneath her along with the quiet sinking of their bodies....

First, what will Lady Death do?

A) Ignore the dragonid up top and rush forward to cut Raven Hex and Glory free, Lady Death will negotiate with him afterward if possible (80% Chance of Success, Success will free both Raven and Glory, Failure will free only one of them at random; 60% Chance of Raven being devoured if roll fails, 40% chance of Glory being devoured if roll fails; 60% Chance of Brigid being devoured regardless, 60% chance of Ivy being devoured regardless)

B) Blast the Dragonid with a cyclone and run to catch Brigid and Ivy, Lady Death can blow him away then try to catch the two before they hit the ground (65% Chance of Success, Success will blow the Dragonid away and free Brigid and Ivy without being harmed, Failure will result in them both losing -15% health; 60% Chance of Raven Hex being devoured regardless, 60% chance of Glory being devoured regardless)

C) Blast the Dragonid then use her strength enhancement for a burst of speed, Lady Death can rush to cut Raven and Glory loose while the others fall to freedom (45% Chance of Success, Success will free everyone and allow Lady Death to prevent Ivy and Brigid from hitting the ground; Failure will result in Raven or Glory randomly being cut free while Ivy and Brigid will be freed but hit the ground and lose -15% Health; If roll fails: 40% Chance of Raven being devoured if roll fails, 20% chance of Glory being devoured if roll fails; 40% Chance of Brigid being devoured regardless, 40% chance of Ivy being devoured regardless)

After that, what will Expira do?

D) Yell at Demona to try and wake her up, Expira will remain as motionless as possible in the meantime (80% Chance of Success, Success will wake up Demona and allow her to assist Expira, Failure will result in Demona remaining unconscious while Expira sinks further, Iris and Dahlia will continue to sink regardless; 40% chance of attracting a predator regardless)

E) Try to at least grab one of the others and move one of them to safety, Expira might be able to get somone to safety at her own expense (70% Chance of SUccess, State who Expira will help on a success: Iris or Dahlia; Failure will result in no one being rescued; Expira will sink even further regardless and whoever isn't rescued will continue to sink)

F) Try to pull herself free, Expira will ignore the others and focus on freeing herself for the moment (50% Chance of Success, Success will allow Expira to free herself, Failure will result in Expira sinking further, Iris and Dahlia will continue to sink regardless)
