Machina robot girls. Made by me. :3 see my scraps for the progress photosThese two are mine personally. The hot pink one is Elita One, named for Prime's chick in transformers. The white one is called Clunker because she's got some joints that have holes. She's a junk cast basically.

These are great! I think I seen hints of them on DoA? Not sure..but...I saw in another process photo that you use paper clay...do you find that easier to work with then super sculpey? I've been debating an attempt to make my own girl.

so there are full bodys like this? do you make the "Robot" look your self or is it actually a doll you can buy? (yesh when i get moneys i shall buy a doll)

I sculpted her from scratch to be a robot so the robot look is part of her cast. :3 I sculpted her in paperclay then added the lines with an exacto blade.

I saw the WIP on DOA and love the fact that they are robots.
They have a charm all there own since they are different from the other dolls out there.
If I had 3-d working abilities i would totally make dolls....but i'll think i stick to make stuff for them instead

yeah i bet...i mean doesn't it take about 4 days to cure...and the matter of the curring not having bubbles and flaws...
I gave up after the shear cost...that and i live in a basement with moisture and a cat who will eat/drink anything...
silicone is not good for cats ><.

she looks like a younger, more beautiful, less geeky fiery pink version of Mercury.

Are those two different faces or have they just been face-upped differently? The lips look a whole different shape. They're really neat. Do you think your final pink version is going to be lighter or darker than this one? And are you still planning on making a blue version?

The final pink one will be much lighter! Elita was made with some left over resin that was already flesh toned, so she turned out dark. X3 I still plan on making a blue girl as well, but I need to go and get more resin for that. :3
