That is one of the coolest little animations I've ever seen! I really just love it. For pencil and paper, it's clean. There aren't smudges and it's very smooth. c:

i mean, it's pencil drawing, right? But did you scan the pictures on your computer... And how you connected the pics ?

Yep, pencil drawings. I used an animation capture camera and the program "ToonBoom" to get the drawings on the computer and animated.

I actually like the system he's got going. We get an assignment, the next class is a studio class, then the next class it's due and we have a critique and get our next assignment.
Our final is a flour sack.

that's how our class is too, but the assignment arrangements are different.
our first assignment was the bouncing ball, then the waving flag, bean bag/ flour sack, character model sheet, walk cycle, and for the finals... 15 sec. of animating our own character from torso up.

Yeah, we had bouncing ball/falling bowling ball, sliding pendulum, sack on a rope, sliding seaweed, and now this side-step.

gosh... i hate that we had to do the waving flag while you guys only had to do the one string seaweed... morshead(sp?) screwed us over with her crappy demo while trop was gone.

I just got some frogs yesterday at the pet store- they're for my aquarium :3 Just thought I'd tell you something that will have no meaning to your life at all.
