I was tempted to put "Harmony@TheGala.com"...Anyway decided I should do another wallpaper. Was going to do another Twilight Sparkle one but then got to thinking I could re-do some previous wallpapers with a slightly different theme.
This one is obviously based on my "Elements of Harmony" Wallpaper:

with the evident change to be themed around their gala attire.
I was tempted to use the same dark black/blue background as the "Elements" wallpaper, but figured that would be a cop-out. And really, my previous upload was just a minor tweak to an existing wallpaper without huge changes, so it was about time I made one "properly".
