Malkah, or Ove is the Oyevat that Ve has become. There's some spoilery stuff in this description, be warned!

Height: 8ft tall (smaller than most Oyevat, but still bigger than most Yevat)
Gender: Nonbinary

Likes: Being useful, the horror of another as they realize their mind is being used against them, Their superiors, Observing, knowing what's going on, a well crafted plan, pools of water, tasty snacks, feeling powerful, manipulating lesser beings, pleasant conversation
Dislikes: Making mistakes, Disorganization, free time, rudeness, physically fighting

About:
Malkah is incredibly loyal to the Oyevatem cause. They were The Wise Observer. In the past, their abilities were used to ensure loyalty in others of their kind and those the Oyevatem chose to subjugate, extract information by force when required, and in the case where an exact account of an event was crucial, pulling it out of witnesses was their role. You can't have total domination of worlds if you can't even keep your own house clean, so to speak.

They were content in this role, and took pleasure in knowing the thoughts and secrets of others. They took a certain amusement in simply letting some poor soul get caught trying not to think about something they didn't want to think about, as if that would help them, getting stuck in a horrible anxious loop. They certainly see themself and their species as superior to everything not an Oyevat, and secretly enjoyed the power trip their abilities gave them. They never abused this ability with others of their own kind, but they did sometimes find amusement seeing underlings squirm. Overall, they always seemed 'friendly' on the outside, and in a way they were, as friendly as a surveillance system can be. When necessary, though, they are brutal in taking what they want from the minds of other creatures and bending those unfortunate beings to their will as required. In current times, upon learning that there were traitors in their midst that they did not catch, they were infuriated.

Malkah is a very rules and structure based creature. They may be convinced something is actually within the rules, grudgingly. They like to know what they are be meant to doing, and what task they have at hand at all times, Malkah is restless during downtime.

Ove is always polite when speaking to others, and keeps a calm and friendly air to their voice both mental and physical. They like to make lesser creatures think of them as friendly or benign, and have little interest in fighting. This is not to say they don't have the ability to fight, no, they have their feather weapon and know how to use it with deadly accuracy.

Ove thinks the yevatem are very silly little creatures, and finds their primitive nature cute. They see the Yevatem as far below them, but still, what fascinating little things they are. They have discovered that one thing they do like to do when given down time, is watch the little Yevatem, but then again, their thing has always been observation.

Ove is amused by Ve, if a little irritated at her attempts to break their hold. It will not work, so the fact that she keeps trying ranges from funny to obnoxious. The Oyevat regards her like one would regard a small annoying child, or a troublesome pet. Inconvenient, potentially amusing. Ove's domain has always been the mind, so having the thoughts of another in their head isn't anything terribly new.

Ove has picked up something of an uncomfortable and nervous following, some of the local Yevatem that Ve had lived with prior to Malkah's invasion of her form have taken to leaving offerings for them, unsure what to make of their Velilyevat transforming into an Oyevat. Ove thinks it's kind of charming in a silly little way, and is letting it happen for now.
