This has got to be my favorite drawing of Amy Rose I have ever done. It just cracks me up for some reason. Hehe I just wanted to draw something more silly, without an actual joke in it for a change of pace.Orrigenally, I wasn't going to have those li'l cartoon stars circling her head, (a pretty common cartoon visual gag, I don't know if there's a term for it) but I thought it'd look more funny if I did. Plus I always liked that gag for some reason.
As for what happened to her, I'll just leave that to you guys' imaginations where it's sure to be more hilarious then anything I could think up.

Well, She actually gets like that in Sonic Adventure when you do her hammer spin move for too long, complete with the circling head stars!

(Acctually I think the comic was based on the cartoon, though it's hard to say, considering both were being made around the same time.)

If you play as her in Sonic Adventure, and get the warrior feather, she'll do the hammer spin attack. But don't spin her for too long. she'll get dizzy. Just like that. =3

In Windwaker he could, he gets a pretty major spin-attack later in the game. It's hilarious when he gets dizzy to hehe. (He would have stars circle his head comically to hehe)
