WEEEEEEE.... ARE THE CRYSTAL~ GEMS~!
I scanned the last few months' worth of art on sunday so you all know what that means!
I was actually putting together a general sketchdump first and realized HO-LY CRAP 85% of it was steven universe. I even had to extend the template to fit it all (I kept finding more...) Soooo I guess my gallery gets a steven universe dump! I'm gonna be putting a bunch of these sketches on tumblr in a bit here so standby as I update the artist comments with those.

I can definitely tell that SU is going for a more serious tone, you know? Steven is still goofy and lovable and there's awesome jokes, but you can tell that there's more serious subject matter being covered now. We're really getting into the meat of the story and stakes are starting to get high.
AS A RANDOM NOTE DO YOU KNOW HOW PROUD I WAS OF OUR LIL BABY STEVEN WHEN HE SUMMONED HIS SHIELD AT WILL?? HE'S GROWING UP SO FAST -sniffles-
and no i'm pretty sure i am absolutely not ready for another stevenbomb AND IT'S COMING SO QUICKLY?? I JUST FEEL SO SPOILED.
I guess Steven Universe is getting to be a more popular show or something because it feels like they've been releasing a lot of episodes this year? I mean yeah they did go on hiatus for a month or so, but they were releasing a TON of episodes regularly before that. It makes me happy to think that the show must be doing well, but then it makes me kind of sad because all the other shows I like KEEP GOING ON LONG HIATUSES. IT'S SO UPSETTING
